Data will be used by us to help us process your order, notify you of important changes to our website and inform you about our products, services, promotions and special offers.
Credit card details are not retained. The only information stored is a customer's transaction history, name, address & e-mail address.

We will not disclose your information to any third parties. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Right to cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days under distance selling regulation rules without having to provide a reason. If you are in possession of the goods you are under duty to retain them and take reasonable care. You must send the goods back to our contact address above at your own cost (unless we delivered them in error or the item was damaged or defective) as soon as possible.

Products and Packaging

We make every effort to ensure our product photography is accurate, but all images are for illustration purposes only. Sometimes the packaging may have changed since the photo was taken, or the photography may be of a different size of the same product. Please read the product description carefully to ensure you are ordering the correct item.

Prices, Payments & Postage

All prices are quoted in sterling and are inclusive of VAT, (as this may be prescribed by law from time to time) unless otherwise specified.

Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods. Shipping costs can be found on our website.

Online payment will be provided in a secure environment. Payments must be made in sterling and by one of the following debit/credit card payment methods – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Delta and Electron.Via our Payment Gateway PayPal. Please note that you do not require a PayPal account to use this service.

Returns

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and we will try to resolve any problems that you may have. If, however, you are in any way unhappy with your purchase we will promptly exchange the item, issue a credit or refund you.

Terms and Conditions of returns

1. Customers have the right to return their order within 28 days of purchase. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order after processing, the products must be returned unopened and unused in order to obtain a full refund.

2. We request that products are returned in their original packaging.

3. All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used or damaged. Return postage costs will not be refunded. If goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt then you must contact us to receive a freepost returns label. Evidence will be required to support a claim.

4. Any returned items must be received within 28 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement. Any items damaged during return due to insufficient packaging may only receive a part refund at Café Noir London’s discretion.

5. If your item has not been received we need to be advised of this within 28 day of despatch, so we can raise an investigation. If the 28 days have passed, no claim can be accepted.

6. In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Café Noir London will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.

7. Orders returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail or our courier will be refunded the cost of products only. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled. If they still require the item the customer will need to reorder.

8. If your order is eligible for free delivery and you return the products, through no fault of Café Noir London you will be liable for the original postage cost.
